The Role
We are seeking a results-driven sales leader to oversee and grow business across the West Coast territory. This role focuses on selling enterprise legal and regulatory technology solutions to law firms, corporate legal departments, and professional services organizations. You will lead a high-performing sales team, manage key client relationships, and drive strategic growth in a fast-paced, competitive market.
Key Responsibilities

Develop and execute a West Coast sales strategy to achieve revenue targets.

Lead, coach, and motivate a team of sales professionals to ensure high performance and consistency.

Own and manage the full enterprise sales cycle, from prospecting and discovery to negotiation and closing.

Build and maintain strong relationships with senior stakeholders across Legal, Compliance, and Operations.

Collaborate with internal teams (Customer Success, Marketing, Product) to ensure client satisfaction and successful adoption.

Provide market feedback to shape go-to-market strategy and product roadmap.

Represent the company at industry events, conferences, and client meetings.
Requirements

Proven experience leading sales teams and selling enterprise SaaS or legal/regulatory technology solutions.

Strong track record of achieving and exceeding revenue targets.

Deep understanding of the legal and professional services market on the West Coast.
