The Role
We are seeking an ambitious Account Executive to drive new business within your assigned territory, focusing on law firms. You will manage the full sales cycle—from prospecting and qualifying opportunities to delivering consultative solutions and closing deals. Building strong, lasting client relationships and providing value through exceptional service and technology solutions is central to this role.
Key Responsibilities

Develop and grow new customer accounts within your territory.

Communicate the company’s value proposition effectively to prospective and existing clients.

Achieve defined sales targets and quotas on a monthly, quarterly, and annual basis.

Prospect, qualify, and advise prospective customers, creating strong advisory relationships.

Maintain accurate sales pipeline records in the CRM (activity, opportunity status, forecast, etc.).

Collaborate with internal teams to support client success and differentiate the company from competitors.

Provide product and market feedback to inform development and sales strategy.

Represent the company at marketing events, trade shows, and client meetings.
Requirements

Minimum 4 years’ successful outside sales experience selling software solutions into law firms.

Proven track record of sales success, forecasting accuracy, and consistently achieving 100%+ of targets.

Strong consultative sales skills and ability to manage complex decision-making processes.

Ability to prospect, cold call, and close new customer accounts.

Excellent presentation, communication, and relationship-building skills.

Experience with SaaS solutions and CRM systems (Salesforce preferred) desirable.

Law firm or LegalTech experience preferred; litigation background a plus.
